THEN, I ENJOY SUBMERGING MYSELF IN HOT WATER INFUSED WITH SOME AROMATIC ESSENTIAL OILS OR SALTS (SHIVA ROSE'S ROSE MOON SEA SALT SOAK IS A FAVE), SURROUNDED BY THE GLOW OF CANDLES. BUT IF YOU'RE BRAVE ENOUGH, YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY CONTRAST BATHING BY ALTERNATING THE WARM BATH WITH A COLD SHOWER. THE HOT-COLD- CYCLE IMPROVES BLOOD CIRCULATION AND ACTIVATES THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM.
